Privacy policy

This policy covers the Lars information website and demo enquiries. It does not govern client files processed within the Lars product.

Who is responsible

Carlos Ramiro Solla, NIF 05454411F, Calle Buen Gobernador 11, Local 3, 28027 Madrid, Spain. Contact: contact@uselars.com. Lars is the project name; the website is currently operated by this individual.

Information and purposes

We use your name and email to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo you request. Phone number, firm, team size and message are optional. Do not send client files, identification documents, health information or confidential case details. The website is intended for professional enquiries, not the submission of legal matters.

Legal basis

We respond to a demo request on the basis of steps you request before entering a contract, where you would be the contracting party. When you contact us on behalf of a firm, our legitimate interest is to respond to that professional enquiry. Necessary security processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and preventing abuse. Sending a request does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.

Providers and international processing

Framer provides the website and forms. Enquiries sent to contact@uselars.com are managed using Google Gmail; Brevo is used for outgoing domain email. Cloudflare manages the domain. These services may process connection information or correspondence as needed for their respective functions. Their international infrastructure means we cannot promise that all processing remains in the EU. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your enquiry.

Retention

We retain enquiries while handling the request and any ongoing conversation. Once it has ended, we delete information that is no longer needed; limited records may be retained where required to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend a claim, with access restricted for that purpose. The relevant obligation or claim determines that retention period.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@uselars.com or the postal address above. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Website information

The website uses Framer’s built-in, cookie-free audience statistics. See the cookie policy for browser storage and external content. We do not use enquiry information to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.
